Subject Matter: Club of the Month

As the current rules apply, everyone in the club with the most Club Point at the end of the month will receive 500 VC (+VC bonus).

This sound like it gives everyone in the club too much fund to improve their deck for the upcoming month and all of the VC pool would be in one club (Like Aug 2013, Fukuhara won with 4 people in it and that 2000VC free for just the club.) In the nearby future, I believe that the VC prize should be lowered and add in some Promo Tickets for the prize. Also I believe that people have to earn a certain amount of Club Points for the club to receive the prize (So it would be fair for active against the inactives or people who didn't help the club top).

Typing this Subject Matter have given me a new idea:
Club/School Fund. Not sure what to do with this, but if your club/school wins more tourneys and Club/School of the Month, you get more Club/School Funds to be able to buy stuff to perk up your club/school (idk what).

It'll stay at 500 for now, it's only 3 packs worth of vc if you buy season 3 packs. Not too overpowering. Though later on as we get more people it could be lowered/changed.
